Excellent Customer Service

Last week I purchased 2 Zero Gas Geysers from the Builders Warehouse Branch in Witbank/Emalahleni. My payment went through and I received the e-mail from FNB that the purchase was paid for. The on Friday I received a mail that that purchase was not completed and my payment was not received and that the deal/sale was on hold. I communicated to a Bonita Theunissen at the branch in Witbank, who told me that it looks like the money went to a Global Account but she will sort it out. Which she did very quickly, I went onto my profile and the money was in my account, I just re-submitted my purchase of the 2 geyser's and the deal was finalized. I will receive my geyser's before the end of this week. Thank you for Excellent Customer Service Bonita and the staff at Builders Warehouse!!!!! Witbank/Emalahleni
