Excellent customer service by Shoky
On Monday the 9th of October 2023 I went to builders warehouse secunda,to inquire about a geyser that I bought in 2021 and was assisted by Shoky,she did an excellent job.3 hours after leaving the store my query was assigned to the relevant department.on the 10th of October the geyser was exchanged for a new one,they came to my place to install it. today she contacted me to find out if I was assisted or not ,she goes above and beyond to make her customer happy. Shoky please keep up the great service
