Excellent customer service at Builders Warehouse
Yesterday I bought a huge amount of stuff at Builders Warehouse Somerset West. When I had to pay, there was some trouble with my bank card. While sorting this out Selica (especially) and Enrico had so much patience and helped wherever they could, always friendly, always saying it is their job. I was extremely impressed by these two! The rest of the staff that assisted me can also be recommended for their helpfulness and doing whatever they could to make things easier for me. This is what customer service should look like!
