Excellent Customer Care and Service

had a wonderful experience at Builders Warehouse Gift Acres on Lynnwood Road. I purchased a pot plant that unfortunately turned out to be too large to fit into my car. My plan was to leave it at the store and return the next day to collect it.

However, Bonhle and her team went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of letting me make another trip, they arranged for the pot to be delivered to my home the very same day at no extra cost. The willingness to go the extra mile and the level of customer care I experienced were truly exceptional. It’s not every day that you come across service like this. Thank you to Bonhle and the team for making the experience so seamless and pleasant. I will definitely be returning!
