Exceeding expectations

I went to BW, looking for 2 different kinds of sanding sheets for sanding machines and some varnish to redo the wooden stairs in my house. As usual, when I walked in, the staff scattered to avoid assisting me. I was looking for a needle in a haystack because I had no idea what I needed. Adeeb came to my rescue, like he did the previous week when I wanted to buy a door. What excellent service! He assisted me with getting the correct sanding sheets, then walked me to the department where I could find the product that I needed to seal the stairs after sanding. He took the time to explain to the staff member there exactly what my requirements were, and made sure that I was assisted before he left. I don't enjoy shopping at BW because service is usually dismal. However, with someone like Adeeb who wants to help, and does not think that he is doing me a favour by assisting me, it is well worth it. From now on, when I have to shop at BW, I will look for Adeeb immediately so that I can have a pleasurable shopping trip. Please convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to Adeeb for the excellent service. And hang on to him for dear life - his kind is few and far between, especially at BW.
