Exceeded expectations

Thendo was helpful and attentive with my product enquiry. The item I wanted replaced, was out of stock and although there were many expensive alternative solutions to my matter, he offered to have a look at the broken part. He carefully opened up the part and fixed the problem with confidence. <br> Not only did Thendo save me a lot of money, but I feel he went the extra mile to assist my problem. Most sales assistants would simply tell you to replace the part, but Thendo took the time to assess the issue and confidently fix the matter at hand.<br> Builders Warehouse should be proud to have such a dedicated staff member on their team!!!
