Evident Lack of customer service training at Builders Warehouse Wonderpark
Received poor service from Builders Warehouse Wonderpark. I went in to return an item. The lady at the exchange/ refunds till was on a WhatsApp Video call talking to a friend and I had to wait for her to finish before she could assist me. She also asked how she could assist and grabbed the till-slip from me before I could even finish explaining.
When I got to the aisle of the item I came to exchange I bumped into a guy , had to greet him, and ask him to show me the item I was looking for. He then pointed me to the items and left me in the aisle, confused. Luckily a kind gentlemen came to assist and ensure I got what I was looking for.
Builders warehouse wonderpark needs to train ALL their staff members on proper customer service as some of them are highly unprofessional!!
