Everything but service at Builders Warehouse!

A great pity that zero stars is not an option! Clearly something is fundamentally wrong with this company! They don't even respond to the reviews showing that the "couldn't care less" attitude displayed by the staff extends to their social media management.

A new, "improved" outlet launched in Retreat Cape Town at what must have been substantial cost, stocking 1000's of items lacks the key ingredient for any retail outlet - customer service supported by management visibility and involvement. Staff just not interested in assisting when you can find one to speak to. Signage to assist customers to locate items (very necessary in the absence of useful staff) is seriously defective.

A retail experience that I can well do without. Whilst BUCO and Mica might be slightly more expensive, this is balanced out by good, wholesome proactive customer service not to mention the huge time savings.

I guess as with the rest of these reviews, this one will not receive any response from the company's management. I'm still awaiting a response to an email that I sent directly to them with an automated response assuring me that I would get a response within 48 hours. Hmmm, 48 hours and counting!!!

Guess I'm just another small customer who will take his insignificant business elsewhere 🤬
