Enthusiastic customer service!
We were very impressed with the service received from Patuxolo Matyesha and his colleague (unfortunately we have forgotten his name) when we went to the Somerset Mall branch on the 1st Feb. We needed some plumbing parts to be able to fit an item we had bought online and me and my mom were clueless. Well it was like we had given them a puzzle to solve (it was in a way!) and they attacked it with gusto to try get us a solution and the parts we needed! We don't yet know if the solution will work (only installing next weekend at our holiday home) but we were just so grateful for their assistance and their enthusiasm in trying to find which parts would work and how to fit it all together for us. They deserve recognition for their great (and enthusiastic) customer service!
