Empty Promises, Poor service

It's the 2nd time that I have purchased wood from builders and asked them to cut it for me. Paying for a service, you expect them to do it right. The first time k had asked for help with a simple box and gave them specific measurements which I want the outside to be. The guy who helped me didnt bother to explain anything to me not did he tell the cutters what I had requested. I went home to discover that they had not cut the pieces correctly and I had holes in my edging. Never the less i gave them another shot, this time knowing exactly what I need, exact sizes and the exact wood I wanted. Firstly the guy who assisted me this time around point blank refused to assist me with one piece of wood that needed a small piece cut out, he said they only do straight cuts. I was disappointed but I went on with the sale. Secondly the guy had shown me the wood that I was purchasing, it had green all around the piece. I had explained to him that I dont want the green on it, he advised that the cutter will remove the green parts. I thereafter agreed to the sale and signed a document. He then told me that I need to fetch the wood the following day, I hired someone to fetch the pieces from them and have them delivered to my home. On arrival I noticed the green still on the pieces of wood. I contacted the call center and she advised that she will speak to the manager from the branch. The manager further advised her that I should sand the wood down. When she contacted me to explain what the manager had advised I explained that that wasnt the agreement and the wood is cut to exact sizes, if I have to sand it down, my measurements go off. She said that she will get to manager to call me back. The manager had called once the following day, he left a voicemail saying that he will call again, which never happen. A day after that I decided to sand the wood down and start my project. To my surprise the cutters had also incorrectly cut my wood, I have a piece of wood that is smaller to my measurements that were given to builders. I definitely wont be buying from builders again, especially using their services.
