EMPTY PROMISE ON A QUOTE

I requested a quotation from Collin for kitchen renovations on 30 March 2015 09H55 by email and provided him with the measurements. He rep**** on 30 March 2015 09H58 that he received it and will get back to me. On 01 April 2015 08H43 I emailed him again and have since spoken to both him and his supervisor telephonic-ally requesting the quote again and was promised to have it by close of business on 01 April 2015. I have spoken to him and his supervisor Mohammed since 30 March 2015. I have been promised the quote several times however but have not yet received anything. I have received quotes from other departments in Builders the same day but the kitchen department remains unhelpful.
