Empty Delivery Promises.

I was called from *** today and promised my order will be delivered today after numerous follow ups of an order placed online on the 29 September 2023, I called the shop later on and they also told me the item will be delivered. When I left home it was after 5pm and item was still not delivered as promised. What ****es me off the most is that no one from the store bothers to call to give me an update. Called in and requested for delivery admin person to call me back because she was not there and no call back received. Guys what ******* is this? Am I being taken forgranted because ...of what exactly? Please have some respect for all customers.
