Empty ***** and nut bins at Northriding!

I am a frequent customers at the Builders Northriding (Johannesburg), and I offen need Fasteners and nuts though the fill your bag setup which I Like, However, The Northriding Branch for over a year now has no to little stock of common fasteners. I have brought this to attention to all the managers 3 times in the last year. but nothing seems to have changed! I am tired of begging! The say it is a supplier issue and with head Office. Why can the other branches be well stocked but this branch has constantly failed me in my projects. I have photos of many empty bins. What's going on ?
