Employees know nothing

Very bad experience at Builders in Ysterplaat today. Not 1 sales consultant was able to answer a simple question - do you have dog beds? We asked 4 people. One guy in aisle 1 told us we can find it in aisle 51... Well the joke's on us after walking to the opposite side and hitting the last aisle - 44. Thank you for nothing. Whatever we need we will find elsewhere. Try training your staff to have a clue of what is in the store, clearly none of them have any interest in their jobs to learn it themselves.
