Either bad product or false advertising

We bought this exact drill at Builders Vredenburg. After using it for a week it stopped working. We took at back to builders, they apparently sent it back to the supplier. They had it for over two months just to come back and tell us we must pay for the repairs. We bought the drill because of the Features advertised.

It must be a very bad product or the advertising is false. The drill wasn't cheap at all as you can see the price we have paid was R2000.
