Friday, it was that only the plug on the Chainsaw is under guarantee, to yesterday, when my dad had to pay for the carborator, only no labour would be included. Today Thomas calls with a 20% discount on the item that is under guarantee to fix the ****ing chainsaw. Every day Thomas calls and gives another story lol, ****ing ridiculous!!!!!! Thomas, do you know your job, Sir, or do we make things up as we go???? Every day since we complained, the story has been changing, and mind you being sent from pillar to post. Really, guys, do you know what the **** you guys are doing there? No one knows how to do their jobs. While there may be many unemployed in South Africa. So Builders Warehouse and TANDEM LAWN INDUSTRIES are a bunch of low lives!!!!!! No proper policies in place. So you have a choice now, refund my dad. We can continue this fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
