Duram and Builders Warehouse are a match made in hell

Duram and Builders Warehouse are a match made in hell. Builders provide very little customer support, have arrogant managers that lie to their customers (Thabo) and look for excuses not to compensate customers for damages they had to carry to to a poor quality product (Duram) that they sell. Duram sells paint for which the colors do not match (standard color) meaning I have to pay my workers again to re-paint. My review of Duram is on their Google Maps profile. I am moving away from Builders Warehouse to Chamberlains where I get better advise and service annyway. Thank you Elias and Anastasia for trying to help
