Dreadful collection division

I'm at the Strubens Valley branch, waiting to pick up my purchase from their collection division. I've been waiting for 30 minutes. The attitude of the personnel (which mostly involves shrugging their shoulders) is absolutely shocking. I called head office, who tried to reach the managers telephonically for 10 minutes, to no avail. I won't shop here ever again.
