Doubtful that BW know what they are doing

What a shocker this am. Got to Strubens shortly after 8am to buy mainly hopefully offcut melamine for a shelf. Hand trolleys were dirty except some handles. Clearly none of them had been washed. Always use a visor & to date never a problem but keep a mask on hand. Glasses don't steam up with visor. Not too long ago there was an article that Massmart donated loads of visors & according to the pic the same that I bought start 2020 for home. Enter this am no problem & in building sent backwards & forwards several times & landed up at Information to ask for the manager. No one can help but all know managers are in meeting. 3 staff were helping 1 customer & ignoring the others. Eventually I was helped & a manager came through & the 1st thing he said was about no mask & stomped outside to turn the sign around so public could see. I went to Chamberlains & they require masks as well from entering & was out within 20 minutes with offcut. BW have double standards & should focus on cleaning entire trolley & staff training.
