Double payment

On the 8th of December I was charged twice for one purchase at your Somerset West store.

I went to the store in the 7th of January and spoke to one of the mangers/supervisor, did not get her name. She made copies of my bank statement and receipt, which I do not have now. I have also sent an email regarding this and I have since not received any feedback on this.
