Double deduction from my account

On the 30th of November we made a single purchase in Builders Warehouse Rustenburg.

On the 17th of December the payment went of my account. To my shock the same amount and discription was deducted on the 18th again. Bank confirmed we need to take it up with Builders.

We had to drive 170 km to Rustenburg since no one answered the phone in Builders.

The person who assisted us told us to get bank statement, when we returned with the statement she told we are the 3rd complaint about double deductions for purchases made on the 30th of November 2019 and they will try their best to get back to us asap.

No 3rd of January 2020 and still no feedback on what seems to be a known problem.
