Double charge for delivery poor service

I ordered patio items from Builders warehouse I called and asked them to do one delivery. The lady indicated that I should still proceed online with two order but they would process one delivery and refund me. To date they have delivered all item in one delivery and have charged me for two deliveries. I have called four times to resolve this issue and it still remains unresolved. Builders is retaining double the funds for a single delivery
