Double Charge and nobody assisting to refund

Good day

I hope this email finds you well. I was at your Builder Warehouse Castle Gate shop on the 25th of January. I had been billed on the same card twice, which was a duplicate transaction. The first transaction took place when your system went down. I was then asked to transact at another till as the cashier advised the transaction didn't go through. This was not the case and because your system was down I never obtained a receipt. You will see on the transaction history attached to this complaint that one amount is for R281 and the other for R283. This is because the cashier charged for plastic bags in the first instance, the other did not.

The card number ends with 6040 and is an Investec cheque card.

The transaction took place on 25 January.

I went back and spoke with a lady by the name of Phuti Mojela. I send her an email to this effect on the 2nd of February. Nobody has assisted in reversing or refunding this transaction.

Please could I ask that you reverse one of the transactions?
