doors fell on my 9 year daughter and myself

On Saturday we were shopping for a door.. While looking at the doors, a staff member was loading doors onto those flat trolleys in the middle of the isle. The doors started slipping off and going to land on my nine year old daughter, i naturally as mother tried to stop it and the door hit my leg. The staff did apologise. We called the manager and he said go to a. Doctor and call me we will pay the doctors bill. I did not go because firstly which doctor works on a saturday afternoon? My daughter arm is bruised.. Andf i have big blue bruises all over my thighs. . How are we going to b? compensated for the pain we in!
