Don't use online store

Ordered a stove with them online with black Friday waited just to hear no stock after I had to phone and ask where are they after they email said delivery on 18the December at 9:00. Then canceled because they don't know when they will have stock again. They said 5 days to pay back money. Still nothing no reply no money nobody knows nothing most unusefully ************* supplier do not use them.
