Don't use Builders Warehouse online system it's very poorly managed

Builders Warehouse online system it's a total disaster system and their staff even their call centre, they all suck. They don't respond to emails and all you get is system response. I have place an order on the 21/Dec/2021 until now I haven't received my items, and their failure posses a high risk to my family since my house is not secured. Please don't buy anything from Builders Warehouse using their online system.
