Don't trust Builders Warehouse online service

I ordered and paid for an inverter on 11 February, and was advised it would be delivered on 24 February. It wasn't, and I received no communication from Builders Warehouse. I've followed up by phone twice (each time being subjected to awful adverts while holding on for their "Customer Care" to answer), top be told they are 'out of stock'. I ask to be kept informed regarding the order, but this does not happen.

Don't use Builders Warehouse online service. They can't be trusted.
