Don't Shop online at Builders Warehouse

I purchased online items, to be collected in-store; and after following up two days later was told the items cannot be sent to Secunda. The order was cancelled and I received an SMS confirming I would be refunded. Six weeks later I am still not refunded. On follow up with the store, I told to provide the following: -Id and bank statement -Letter authorizing the store to request a refund on your behalf -Invoice -Proof of residence -Banking details This is bull****; BWH is not geared for online services and their live chat is manned by people who think like robots, and cannot use discretion. I am not applying for credit; I simply want BWH to refund my money into the card I used to make the online purchase.
