DONT SELL IF U DONT HAVE STOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered pain around black friday 2021 and the paint i ordered was not on special. i only got my 15% off for my 1st order and i ordered 3 X 20liters of paint, they said on the site when i was checking out that there isnt stock but they will get from another store and deliver in 10 days so i was happy and today is the 30th december and still no delivery and no contact from them and no refund. i am appauled and so very furious that wlmost the whole holiday has gone by and i wont have time to paint my home at no fault of my own. i trusted them and expected to get my order before or at least towards the begining of the holidays, now hald the holidys are gone and when i ask them to cancel the order they tell me i need to wait 7 working days for refund and there are 2 public holidays before that so basically il only get refunded when the holidays are over and i wont have time to paint, your staff is lazy and pathetic
