Don't order urgent stock from builders
Horrible service from builders. Urgently needing stock for an engagement shoot from builders warehouse. I ordered yesterday online after another supplier confirmed order and the 24 hours confirmed they didn't have stock. I checked online for stock at builders express Lynnwood. They had the stock I needed thus I ordered. The order failed yet money was taken from my account. I called yesterday afternoon and sent though proof of payment, nothing was done. I called again today and have spoken to 5 different people and still no resolve. My guy is in the shop with proof of payment and can't collect stock. I keep getting told they will allocate payment and nothing has happened till now and we need the stock. If you urgently need stock, DO NOT USE BUILDERS IF YOU NEED SOMETHING URGENTLY!!
