DONT ORDER ONLINE - NEVER HAVE STOCK - IT THE BUYERS PROBLEM

Order *** - When ordering online, the QTY is shown on the screen how much this store has in stock. You order, you pay 90 mins later you can go collect, i then drive to the store just to be told "no stock - the system does is not correct in qty in the floor" Who is paying for my petrol??? So then they bring some other stock that is 10 times the price triple the amount I need and tell me I must pay in the difference. So i called the manager who is such an arrogant person and makes it out it's my problem that your system shows in stock but there is no stock. There was 5 collections there while i was waiting over an hour, none of them you could be collected due to no stock. Then when they asked to have the stock delivered, now a delivery fee is added, after all of use, got in our own cars at our expense to collect. How is this fair toward the buyer?
