Don't ever order fm Builders Bedfordview
********** service fm Builders Bedfordview. I bought a brand new generator last week & I still don't hve delivery of my order. Never order fm Builders Warehouse Bedfordview. I cannot even get hold of the store manager!!! They delivery service is the worst I hve ever seen. They try & deliver at 9pm & 10pm on a weekend at night in the pitch dark when people are sleeping.

06 Feb 2024, 14:04Thank you but Builders has after 15 yrs lost my trust. I've been receiving ph calls fm yr help centre since Monday 8am & the situation is still unresolved. The drivers' tomfoolery this past weekend is incomprehensible & I'm out R12000+ put of pocket. I'm giving Builders 24 hrs to get my generator & jerry can to me in tip top condition- failing which I want a full refund!

06 Feb 2024, 15:38FYI at 15h30 on 6/2/24 Simon (not Thabo) delivered that huge generator on his own! My jerry can was also delivered. Thank you. A customer shld not hve to jump thru hoops to receive their order on a regular day in a timeous manner!
