Don’t ever consider buying blinds from Builders Warehouse Centurion (TERRIBLE SERVICE, ZERO COMMUNICATION, UNBELIEVABLY LONG LEAD-TIME, HIGH PRICE)

Terrible service and unacceptable lead-times - Window Blinds department. Order # ***

Extremely disappointed with service I received at Builders Warehouse Centurion. They promised to manufacture and deliver my wooden blinds by the 1st Feb 2024. Today when following up, I ‘discover’ that the blinds are still in ‘production’ at an outsourced manufacturer (5 weeks after placing the order????).

No communication or follow ups from anyone there. Myself and my wife probably made 10-12 phone calls and visited the store on 4 different occasions. All we get is BS ‘stories’ and untruths (false promises).

I will never buy anything from this store again. Worst service I have ever received!!!
