DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE. First they delivered the wrong item but now i have tried 7 times to speak to someone about correcting their mistake and delivering the correct item. IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. Each time i call i am put on hold for 3 to 20 mins and then cut off. it happens every time. Even when I ask to complain about the shocking service I am put n hold and then cut off. i have dates and times of every phone call. They are totally useless. I will not buy from them again online.
