Don't care attitude Builders Polokwane

Bought patio set online and was given the wrong colour cushions at Builders Polokwane. They deny having the colour I wanted although I saw it in their store. Bought another patio set, but was given the wrong colour. I was not willing to drive back 130km to return the item. Bought another 2 patio sets online and received nothing in over 1 and a half months. No effort to follow up from them. Something is wrong with management at Builders Polokwane.
