Don't buy online from Builders warehouse

My online order has still not been fulfilled. 2019-01-14 The delivery guys dropped off the wrong item (Chain link fencing, I ordered welded mesh). 2019-01-17 I was told they would deliver the correct item and take the incorrect one away. 2019-01-21 They took the incorrect item away and didn't deliver the welded mesh.

I've received no information on when or why my order hasn't been delivered. I've made multiple phone calls to the Strubens valley branch where the call center person tells me that they or the dispatch manager will contact me, which never happens.
