DONT BUY FROM BUILDERS WAREHOUSE - You will regret it

This service has been so horrific that I've been forced to write a second review after another week of still not receiving my online order. I have contacted Builders Warehouse probably 15 times and every time I contact them they are useless - they can't give me an answer as to what is going on with my delivery - every time I have contacted them they've told me that they will call me back with regards to my order and I have still not received one phone call or email back. The only time I have ever received a response was after giving them a bad review on Hellopeter over a week - telling me that they will sort out the problem - haven't heard a word since that.

I have spoken to a number of people on their side, but I can only remember the names of Athena and Raess - both clearly extremely ***********.
