Dont buy from Builders, they wont get you answers on a almost R6k invoice thats missing!!!

Builder have been going around in corcles and is costing me money now! Ive been calling them the whole week and they cant give me an answer and say they cant reach the dispatch of Strubensvalley. Whenever i order something i receive it within 7 days. Ive not even got conformation to pick it up. They charged me over R20k to deliver the aircon. Now their witholding me to schedule a pickup. Anyone wanting to buy from Builders should rather seek an alternative as they dont care about the buyer!!! I paid my handy man to install the aircon and he is closing 10 Dec he only have this week to help me!!! I will hold Builders responsoble to install it as i have called several times and the consultants only say they cant reach the store and they have escalated it as urgent. Its so urgent they cant even call me back! This is PATHETIC!!!
