Don't buy from builders

Saw gazebos advertised on website an I purchased them online and made payment. Few hours later they canceled my order saying there had been a mistake with pricing. Spoke to customer support which contacted my local store and came back to me sayin the store manager declined to help further and order is rejected. Does the manager own builders sa? Pathetic service and shame on u for false advertising
