Don't buy building supplies from Builders Warehouse Rivonia

Ordered building supplies from Builders Warehouse Rivonia. Supplies were expected in 7 days. Construction was halted because a month later have still not received anything or heard anything back. Been following up weekly with the helpful people from the call centre but they are getting no response from Rivonia. Asked for a refund, they claim it was processed but a week later, it still says order in progress and I have not received my money back. Every other company delivered except for Builders Warehouse Rivonia. They are technologically behind most companies. Even the manager cannot answer a phone or return calls. Terrible service, it feels like a **** company. The call center was great but don't trust this branch.
