Don't buy at builders Tokai and don't buy Ryobi

I purchased a Ryobi ****eater from builders. Used about thrice but gutt kept flying out. Took initiative to take to Ryobi who then said a faulty machine was sold to me. Ryobi told me to return it to Builders. I rode from Montague to return to Builders. Builders then blamed Ryobi and vice versa. Called numerous times yet a month later I do not have my machine back or word on what has happened to it. The manager Dwayne has promised to respond to me including repair agent Michelle but no response. The money is in builders account but I have no machine. This is ****************.
