Dont buy anything from this place!

STILL WAITING for anybody to call me back from this place!!!!!! Still NO word on my generator that was still under guarantee / warrantee (as per Builders wording on this item!)

Worst service I have ever received. Shame on you!

My mum bought 2 x Ryobi generator on the 17/12/2022,to run her TV's. Come September 2023 - it literally blows my mothers small tv and burns the surge protector plug.

I take it into to your store, where we are treated terribly and your manager keeps referring to my mother and I as "my angels".

Gennie is sent into Auto Sport (your tech's) and I wait another weeks - I hear nothing and call Auto Sport who tell me that they argent sure why it blew the TV up but its possible over loading (nonsense!!!!). This generator has only ever had the proper oil put in it from TKY and looked after like it was gold. Amazingly the second generator that was purchased, on the exact same day is still up and running!

Its now taken me 9 DAYS to finally have somebody from your store call me back, after numerous calls daily from me just to tell me that it will n ow cost my mother, a pensioner who has been without a TV this entire time R2300 to repair the generator, It cost R2500!

Your customer service is appalling and the blatant lies told by your so called "repair agent" is is well known is East London for this, it sickening.
