Don't build with Builders

Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley were meant to deliver an item that I purchased online on Saturday between 08:00 and 13:00. They chose the date and time of delivery. I waited at home, no delivery. I have since reached out to them on multiple platforms, no response from the branch other than the standard 'thank you for contacting us' and promises to get the Strubensvalley branch to contact me directly, which has not materialised. Yes, my fault for ordering online and handing over my money before I received the goods, but one assumes that one can trust an operation the size of Builders Warehouse. Very shoddy service.
