Don't bother to buy online at Buikders warehouse they are useless!!!

17h00 Friday. Still have not received the yellow *****s or the drawing pins. After 5 or 6 phonecalls. Useless.

I have received the copper wire and I am in absolute disgust that I had to pay fie aomething in this condition. The packets even have rust on. Please send me a direct email address, I want to send you photos

Good morning JF. A question. How in the heck must I email you, if you can't even spell your email address???? This is incompetence at its worst. My emails kept coming back until I googled the correct email address. No wonder nobody can assist a person at Builder's. Please send someone to collect the copper wire, I can't believe you expect customers to pay for old rusted stock. I want what I paid for, not *******. I paid for eye *****s, drawing pins and decent 5000mm copper wire!!!! I have received the paint and thinners and ******* copper wire. Waiting since 29 December. Builder's warehouse is a buyer's worst nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My airtime at this point has cost me over R150 to phone your *********** company!!!!!!!! And your driver's is another story .....

So someone phoned me this morning and asked whether they can come collect the copper wire and that he will get right back to me about the other 2 items I am waiting for. He never called back I phoned builders now and the agent put the phone down while speaking to her. I have tried 5 times to call back, my number is obviously blocked. Can someone call me back asap!!!!!!!!!!!

After promises of resolving the issue and getting g back to me, no one has contacted me today regarding the 2 items I still have not received. I cannot believe the poor customer service and the don't care attitude. I paid for items and still have not received it. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!

Is this going to be this week? How on earth is it soooo difficult to get drawing pins(thumb nails) and ***** eyes.(curtain wire hooks) I can't believe this!!!!!!!!!! For goodness sake, Builder's warehouse is one of the top hardware suppliers and you advertise this stuff on the internet and everywhere. I am like dumbstruck!!!

The work day is almost over once again. As I said I am dumbstruck....... incompetence at it's highest level ...
Why don't you get in your car get to your supplier and get the stuff?

I bought it online the 29th of December!!!!!@@! Was supposed to be delivered within 12 days from supplier!!!! Items have not even been invoiced yet on the app!!!!!!

I almost thought it would snow, but only 1 item (drawing pins) was finally delivered. I don't want credit notes I am still waiting for the ***** eyes yellow. I paid for it and am not buying from Builder's again. Please send the ***** eyes yellow not silver.

So apparently I have to go and collect the credit from Builders!!!!! I did not ask for a refund. I paid for the item online together with the other items and paid for it to be delivered. I don't want credit from Builders.

I want the ***** eyes yellow. Protea Glenn brought me silver, not my mistake.

I will not pay for delivery again and will not be buying from builders again. I paid R70 for the item, I was credited with R50 because Protea Glenn decided to charge R20 more for the same brand paint.I am not paying for Builder's incompetence. Please refund me to my banking, I don't want credit.
