Don’t be like Brian

On the 23rd of December 2020, I went to Builders Hyper by the sea in Durban north. I was very shocked and disappointed with the response that I’ve received from Brian who works at the Patio department.I was looking for something and decided to ask him since he was the only one who was visible on the floor. He responded by saying “check row or Isle 5”. I asked him politely to assist and he went further saying “ he cannot leave what he’s doing(replenishing) and walk away. I asked for a store controller and Manager to lay a complaint, since that day I’ve never received any feedback since I’ve left my details. Brian need to understand such things affects net promoter score for Builders as a brand and also creates bad image. The customer service for builders at Nandi drive is 100% compared to what I’ve received in Durban North. Lastly, I would like to thank the managers who attended my complaints for Brian for being professional and helpful.
