Don't answer phones
Just had a bad experience with Builders and now they don't answer phones either - Strubens why advertise your number and then don't answer and this is after several attempts and hanging on each time. Maybe BW think their pre recorded message is too good to miss - maybe they should consider getting the person/s and I guess it's their marketing people to sit and listen to this because it gets very irritating. Personally I'm sick of hearing the pathetic apologies and false promises because the only change is the service gets worse.
