Done buy from builders ****** bad quality and bad customer service

Bought a build it your own set of draws a week ago. My husband assembled it only to find out one draw was missing from the box and one draw is damaged. I called builders customer service on Monday and to date I have not been assisted. I am so unhappy with the quality and customer service received from builders! Don’t buy thier build it your self items! Terrible terrible quality and unwilling to help when items are not in the box. This item is now assembled and I can’t fit it in my car to return and get my money back. They are ******.
