Does not honour warranty

Black and decker booster pack was purchased from builders warehouse.Item stopped working within warranty period.Upon taking it in and being left for repair i was contacted and told it could not be repaired.They then said they would contact the supplier and let me know.The supplier then contacted me directly and said i would have to purchase another booster pack from them which has also stopped working in the warranty period.Having tried to contact both builders warehouse and their supplier(sbd inc) to sort the matter out on the initial booster pack as well as the subsequent replacement booster pack i have had no joy at all.I am appaled at the service levels having dealt with people from store level to the builders warehouse head office to the supplier themselves and nobody has even rep****.I will not be purchasing any black and decker products in the future nor will i be supporting any builders warehouse stores as their after sales support is dismal and they cant seem to honour warranties on their products
