Does gas refill take an hour at every Builders Warhouse

Builders Warehouse Nelspruit.

I've been at the shop trying to fill up my Gas bottles for half a hour and the majority of the staff are unwilling to help. There's literally one employee out of the 5 I have interacted with that has been helpful the rest have been either sending me to the wrong place or telling me to **** off.
