Does Builders Warehouse just want the competition to take over?

The most basic stuff in Builders Express isn't taken care of. Pricing isn't on the shelves, boxes are left in the middle nowhere where customers should be able to walk. Promotion prices are ignored. I've seen better store upkeep at the flea market. What's even worse is no one cares. This is the 2nd bad review in 3 visits to a Builders store.
